1. The service
WeCalcu is an online tool for creating estimates, quotes and orders. Available features may differ by plan or account.
2. Account and use
You are responsible for accurate account details, keeping your password safe and how accounts are used within your company. Only invite colleagues who may work on behalf of your organisation.
3. Subscription and payment
The final plans, prices, billing period, trial period and cancellation rules will be added to this page before paid subscriptions start.
4. Data and files
You remain responsible for the data, estimates, quotes and files you store in WeCalcu. Make sure you may use and share this data with the people who receive access.
5. Availability and support
WeCalcu aims to keep the service reliable and announce maintenance in good time. Specific support and availability commitments will be defined per plan.
6. Closing an account
The final version will explain how an account is closed, how data can be exported and which retention periods apply.
