WeCalcu processes personal data to manage accounts, companies, customers, quotes and orders securely.

Which data do we use?
This may include your name, email address, company details, customer contact details, account activity, estimates, quotes, orders and files you add yourself. The security log records timestamps, events, outcomes, internal account and workspace references and any role changes. This log does not store passwords, codes, tokens, email addresses, IP addresses or document contents.
Why do we use this data?
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, give users access to their company and send account or security messages. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Security activity displays the past 90 days; older entries are removed when the next security event is recorded. Account deletion removes personal log entries and detaches references in remaining company logs from the account. Final retention periods and export and deletion processes for other data will be added here.
Sharing with service providers
Specialist providers may be used for hosting, email and security. They receive only the access needed to provide their service for WeCalcu. The final processor list will be added before commercial launch.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data. Contact . privacy@wecalcu.com.
